About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical services in a center-based setting with a flexible work-from-home option.
Responsibilities
- Conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans
- Mentoring and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Delivering parent training and ensuring high clinical quality
- Maintaining 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborating within a team to promote clinical consistency and contribute to training and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology tools
- Background clearance and immunizations
- Spanish skills are a plus
