Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

About the role

This in-person, center-based ABA position includes part remote work and focuses on clinical leadership, team collaboration, and direct service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Provide parent training and ongoing clinical mentorship
• Ensure high clinical quality while maintaining a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
• Contribute to training initiatives, quality assurance, and curriculum development

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental needs
• Proficiency with relevant technology and data systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearance
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
