About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and support behavioral health services in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical standards
- Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate within a pod model to promote consistency and ongoing training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
Skills
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, electronic data collection)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
