About the role
Lead and oversee clinical services in an in-person, center-based ABA setting with some remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical standards
- Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate within a team to promote clinical consistency and contribute to training and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with autism
- Proficiency with technology
- Background check clearance
Spanish language skills are a plus.
