Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

Holding Hands Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Rosemead, CA. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, with a proven ability to promote positive behavior and create inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and training.
• Use evidence-based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients and their families.
• Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing.
• Bilingual (preferred).
