About the role
Lead clinical assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians and program supervisors in a center-based ABA setting. Provide mentorship, deliver parent training, and ensure high-quality clinical care while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. Collaborate with peers to promote clinical consistency and contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development.

Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification

Pay
Competitive salary range $85,000–$100,000, sign‑on bonus, performance bonuses.
