Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Loma Linda, CA)

What You Will Do

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
• Offer training and technical support to surgeons and operating room staff regarding the operation of Stryker Enabling Technologies' navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to enhance procedural efficiency.
• Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use with Stryker Enabling Technologies' systems, assist surgeons in preoperative planning, and provide intra-operative guidance.
• Report complaints promptly and accurately according to Stryker Enabling Technologies' quality system requirements.
• Support sales plans and increase the utilization of navigation technologies by growing the usage among current and potential surgeons.
• Build strong relationships with key surgeons and operating room staff at targeted accounts, and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to promote product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products used during surgical procedures and maintain and track case coverage purchase orders for services provided.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of clinical experience
• Prior sales and/or marketing experience preferred

Additional Information

• This position involves handling instruments that may be contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. Compliance with OSHA regulations is mandatory.
• The position may require off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay

Pay ranges from $65,900 to $91,600 USD annually.
