Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Fresno, CA)

About the Role

As the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies, you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will train surgeons and operating room staff on the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.

You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assist surgeons in preoperative planning, and provide intra-operative guidance. Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing prompt and accurate complaint reports per Stryker Enabling Technologies' quality system requirements.
• Providing case coverage at accounts and supporting the development and execution of the sales plan.
• Growing the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
• Actively selling the clinical benefits of the products and building strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
• Collaborating with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance.
• Obtaining purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and maintaining and tracking case coverage purchase orders for services provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience (preferred).
• Ability to handle instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

Pay

Annual pay range: $65,900 – $91,600 USD.

Depending on customer requirements, employees and new hires in sales and field roles that require access to customer accounts may be required to obtain various vaccinations as an essential function of their role.
