About the Role
The Clinical Specialist with Stryker Instruments Enabling Technologies will provide clinical product support to all end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures. This role involves training surgeons and operating room staff on the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support for navigation technologies during surgical procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with OR and hospital staff, including surgeons and nurses.
- Prepare pre-operative scans and assist surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
- Submit prompt and accurate complaint reports per Stryker’s quality system requirements.
- Provide case coverage at accounts and support the execution of the sales plan.
- Grow utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential customers.
- Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to improve communication around product performance.
- Obtain purchase orders for products and services consumed during surgical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 6 years of clinical experience.
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
- Willingness to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Based in the United States of America.
Pay
Pay range: $71,900 - $100,000 USD annually (varies by location).
