Clinical Solutions Sales Manager - TPS/Velocity

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of complex software solutions across multiple product lines, focusing on Oncology Information Systems and analytics.
• Operate within a regional overlay model, collaborating closely with District Managers, Technical Solution Managers, and Service Managers to align sales and service efforts.
• Craft compelling proposals, deliver tailored system solutions, and close high-value, complex deals as the clinical expert for assigned product lines.
• Provide regular business plans, sales forecasts, and order tracking for your region.
• Travel 75%

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience with Eclipse and recognized expertise in Treatment Planning Systems.
• A strong understanding of IT systems, healthcare reform, PACS, EMR, and industry-specific technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve complex business challenges, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in software sales or a related field.
• Must reside in the Central region.
• Preferred skills include deep knowledge of the oncology software landscape and integration strategies, experience with product configuration, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, and ability to navigate and influence within matrixed organizations.

Pay

The Base Pay For This Position Is $133,600 - $183,700
