Clinical Social Worker, LICSW

About the Role

A part-time social work role (20 hours per week) providing clinical services to children and families within a specialized airway disorders program, potentially at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team during outpatient visits.
• Support patients and families managing new or chronic conditions by addressing emotional needs and connecting them to community or hospital resources.
• Prepare supportive documentation such as school or medical necessity letters in partnership with the team.
• Participate in programmatic development, team meetings, and weekly rounds.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• At least two years of social work experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• LICSW licensure in Massachusetts is mandatory.
• Ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with strong communication skills.
