About the role

Responsibilities
- Facilitates formative and summative simulation sessions at the undergraduate level.
- Provides feedback on pre-simulation assignments to prepare learners for an active and engaging educational experience.
- Fosters clinical judgment by posing reflective questions during debriefing sessions.
- Creates a safe learning environment to ensure an optimal learning experience.
Courses
- All undergraduate clinical courses (Health Assessment, Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Obstetrical, Community, Psychiatric Mental Health, and Leadership Nursing).
Requirements
- A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution and a current PA RN license are required.
- Become eligible if you are a BSN-prepared nurse currently enrolled in an MSN program, with the requirement that the MSN must be completed within 5 years.
