Clinical Quality Assurance Assistant

Primary Duties

• Cook up and support daily administrative and operational functions
• Track and assist with clinical program activities and deliverables
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain office and clinical resources
• Manage inbound calls and provide communication support as needed
• Compile and maintain recurring weekly reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Show strong ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Display high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Show strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Have prior exposure to healthcare environments is advantageous
Work Hours

Monday through Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

$22–$25 per hour
