The Clinical Quality Assistant supports the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care by identifying and closing gaps in care, assisting with documentation of quality measures, supporting patient outreach efforts, and coordinating follow-up services. This role serves as a bridge between patients, providers, and clinic staff to ensure preventive needs and proper follow ups are met. They work as part of the clinic team to improve patient outcomes.
