The Clinical Quality Assistant supports the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care by identifying and closing gaps in care, assisting with documentation of quality measures, supporting patient outreach efforts, and coordinating follow-up services. This role serves as a bridge between patients, providers, and clinic staff to ensure preventive needs and proper follow ups are met. They work as part of the clinic team to improve patient outcomes. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
