Responsibilities
- Maintain the Document Control Center and manage data and records of the Quality System.
- Support, document, and follow up on Internal Audits, QMS/QIS, and Corrective Actions.
- Update visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, and client documentations.
- Generate and update control charts as well as Quality QOS.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects and assist in developing improvements to employee performance and service.
- Perform plant tours to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure clean and organized workstations and areas.
- Manage/follow up on aged material processes and notify customers for proper disposition.
- Manage excess/slow-moving inventory and seek for disposition.
- Manage Vendor/Parts profiles in the system.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to improve operations.
- Prepare all paperwork and backup data for return shipments.
- Monitor customer responses to meet service objectives.
- Prepare and submit several reports.
- Coordinate cycle counts as required for Sync Report Analysis.
- Set up and maintain all vendor, contact, and part profile information.
- Participate in Customer/Internal Corrective Action and Improvement Plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Inventory experience.
- Experience with Quality Management System.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Windows, and Visio.
- Basic to intermediate level mathematical skills.
