Clinical Psychologist
About the role
ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic located in Bellevue, WA, serving children and families affected by autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 13 years of age. We provide services to over 2,200 families without waitlists.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic assessments for children with neurodevelopmental, cognitive, and behavioral disorders, with a high percentage of testing for autism spectrum disorder.
- Provide clinical feedback and treatment planning for families.
- Use evidence-based therapies and interventions for parents and children.
- Mentor and train clinical staff.
- Participate in educational endeavors such as practicums and post-doc training.
Requirements
- Experience working with autistic children and conducting ADOS-2 assessments.
- Valid WA state license in Psychology (preferably in Clinical Child Psychology).
- PhD in clinical psychology from an APA accredited institution.
- Post-doctoral training in appropriate areas of specialization.
