Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans. This role involves reviewing electronic medical records through a secure web portal and documenting findings accurately on VA forms. The position does not involve treatment or medication prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive disability assessments for Veterans
• Analyze behavioral health records
• Ensure precise and accurate documentation on VA forms

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program
• Active and unrestricted psychology license
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and web-based portals

Skills

• Compassionate and detail-oriented
• Strong time management abilities
• Able to interact empathetically with Veterans

Schedule

• Part-time (2-3 days per week)
• In-person setting
• Approximately 4 Veterans assessed per day
