Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to conduct disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's benefits process. This role does not involve treatment or medication prescription; disability determinations are made by the VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person assessments of approximately 4 Veterans per day
• Review electronic medical records via a secure web portal
• Accurately document findings on VA forms
• Utilize provided technology for documentation
• Maintain a compassionate, professional demeanor

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Psychology license

Skills

• Proficiency with electronic records and web-based documentation tools
• Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills

Schedule

Part-time, in-person role with a predictable schedule.
