About the role
Perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's benefits process. This role does not involve treatment or medication prescription.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person assessments of Veterans
- Review electronic medical records via a secure web portal
- Accurately document findings on required VA forms
Schedule
Full-time with a mix of in-person and telehealth days, managing an average caseload of 4 Veterans per day.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Psychology license
- Proficient in electronic documentation and technology
