Clinical Pharmacist Lead - Pharmacy Stars

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Lead - Pharmacy Stars to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead clinical pharmacy initiatives focused on medication adherence, patient safety, and improved quality outcomes within a Medicare environment. The person in this position will use independent judgment to evaluate complex pharmacy issues, guide strategic decisions, and help drive performance across key measures. This is a cross-functional role that partners with internal teams to strengthen clinical program execution and support measurable improvements in outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,900 – $191,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement clinical program strategies for Medicare medication adherence Independently manage performance measures related to patient safety Use independent judgment to address complex pharmacy-related issues Analyze variable factors to determine effective courses of action Consult and collaborate across teams to enhance program success Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through strategic initiatives Qualifications PharmD or RPh degree from an accredited Pharmacy School Active, unrestricted pharmacy license 5+ years of clinical pharmacy or managed care experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with experience leading projects across teams Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions Generous paid time off, including holidays and personal days Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and additional wellness benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
