Clinical Pediatric Psychologist: Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities in Top Children's Hospital

About the role

The Division of Developmental Medicine at Indiana University Health is recruiting a clinical full-time (non-tenure track) fellowship-trained clinical pediatric psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for people with developmental and genetic conditions and behavioral concerns from infancy through the transition to adulthood.
• Offer clinical services including medical evaluation and care management recommendations, psychological testing and consultation, evidenced based behavioral interventions, feeding and growth evaluation, genetic testing and counseling.
• Participate in cutting-edge clinical, education, and research programs.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PhD or PsyD) with specialization in pediatric psychology.
• Preferably pediatric psychology.
• Background and training in care of children with disabilities/special health care needs including clinical, pediatric, school or neuropsychology.
• Experience with diagnostic assessment of conditions affecting learning and behavior and familiarity with neurodevelopmental patient populations (e.g., ADHD, learning and intellectual disabilities, autism).
• Familiarity with trauma and other psychiatric presentations.
