Clinical Nursing Supervisor (Days) - Critical Care Stepdown

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, or unit-specific may be required
• Minimum of 2 years' patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Capability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and operations
• Serve as a clinical resource
• Perform staff nurse duties
• Support managerial tasks as delegated
