Clinical Nursing Supervisor (Days) - Critical Care Stepdown

Role Overview

Provides clinical support, assists in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. Acts as a resource for staff and patients, serving as a staff nurse when needed, and assumes delegated managerial duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all board requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required based on department
• At least 2 years of patient care experience; supervisor experience and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operational and patient care activities
• Serve as a clinical resource and staff nurse as needed
• Perform delegated managerial duties
• Maintain compliance with standards and certifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform physical duties
