Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical leadership and support to ensure smooth daily operations and appropriate patient care coverage
- Partner with Medical Site Director and Site Operations Manager to coordinate workflows and address site needs
- Serve as a liaison between clinicians, leadership, and operational teams to support communication and problem-solving
- Aid in scheduling coordination and ensuring adequate clinical coverage
- Support administrative functions including meeting coordination, documentation, and communication tracking
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and information retrieval
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives as required
- Support performance improvement efforts aligned with organizational goals
- Provide backup support to Site Operations Manager as needed
- Travel between sites as required
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
