Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a pediatric hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on managing illnesses, and participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience, especially in Orthopedics
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a healthcare environment
