Clinical Nurse (Part Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safe practice. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.RN license required; no prior experience necessary, although two years of experience is advantageous.OR experience is preferred. Additional Details: The role involves participating in call duties with a 45-minute response time, primarily during weekdays, with coverage outside these hours by a call crew. The position requires a safety-conscious attitude and engagement in continuous learning.
