Clinical Nurse - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 43‑bed Med/Surg unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promote patient‑ and family‑centered care by educating patients and families on illness management, post‑treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, taking into account patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintain alertness and safe work practices in this safety‑sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree (required).
• Current RN license (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience (preferred).
