Role Overview

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family‑centered care, educates on illness management, and supports post‑treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Participates in ensuring safety and compliance, and contributes to a healing environment through patient education and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to work in a safety‑sensitive environment.
