Part Time - Clinical Nurse

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care activities such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The nurse collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while educating patients and families about their health and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in safety, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Develop and document personalized care plans with measurable goals, ensuring effective communication across care settings.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
