About the role

Provides direct patient care in a General Medicine unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care.
• Educates patients and families on illness management.
• Ensures safety and quality compliance.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; BSN preferred.
• No prior experience required, but less than two years of experience is advantageous.
