Clinical Nurse (Part Time)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance, while engaging in professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.Ensures effective communication across the continuum of care and proactively plans patient care.Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN licensure, no prior experience necessary.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. Additional Information Role involves 8-hour shifts, with call responsibilities once weekly and every 7-8th weekend, and a 45-minute call response time.Experience in Operating Room settings is preferred.
