Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing, RN license
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing,
• Pre/post-op or ICU experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills

• Assess and evaluate patient needs across physical and emotional domains
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
• Participate in quality, safety, and professional development activities
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote a healing environment
