Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Surgery Center

About the role

Join a renowned outpatient surgery center as a Pre/post-op/PACU Staff Nurse, providing direct patient care in a dynamic environment with 3 ORs and a GI suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with an interprofessional team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.

Requirements

• Active RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred.
• Pre/post-op or ICU experience is a plus.
