Clinical Nurse - Operating Room

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on post-treatment needs and medication management.
• Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Maintain safety awareness and adhere to safety protocols as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Skills: Critical nursing skills, strong communication, teamwork, and safety consciousness.
