Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within the standards of nursing practice, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or families.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
