The Clinical Nurse is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with patient/family and other professional disciplines to create a partnership that ensures effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Support the organization’s vision and mission, promote and provide excellence in nursing care, and advance care through development of new ideas and technology.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year acute care nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Nurse - California (RN) licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric care.
• Experience in education, care coordination, public health, or community clinic.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN).

Pay

Pay Range:

• Minimum: $52.93 per hour
• Midpoint: $70.13 per hour
• Maximum: $87.32 per hour

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Schedule

Day shift – 08 hours

Work Environment

Functional Demand: Light to moderate energy level.
