We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, then "Job Description" then details. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We have content: Intro about mission, patient-first approach, competitive benefits (tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits). That could be Benefits? Actually benefits are listed later in Benefits section. The intro mentions benefits but not specifics. We'll include Benefits section with those specifics: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also later Benefits section mentions wide range of benefits, link to benefits page. We'll combine.
Responsibilities: many bullet points under "Responsibilities:" list. We'll extract each as .
Qualifications: "Qualifications Required:" list plus "Preferred:" list. We'll combine into Requirements? Actually we have Qualifications section. We'll put under
Qualifications
with list. Skills: maybe not explicit separate; we could omit Skills if no specific list. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: part-time 20 hours per week located at Lake Forest Hospital for Neurology clinic. That's schedule info: part-time 20 hrs/week. So we can include Schedule section with that. About the role: we have introductory paragraph describing role, mission, etc. Could be About the role. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, background check, AI disclosure, etc. Also remove "Additional Information" etc. Also remove "Click on or copy and paste URL..." etc. Keep benefits specifics. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the part about part-time 20 hrs/week location. Also the responsibilities list fully. Also qualifications required and preferred. Also benefits specifics: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also maybe mention "competitive benefits" from intro but we already have. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:About the role

Schedule
Part Time position at 20 hours per week located at Lake Forest Hospital for the Neurology clinic.
Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro also mentions "Ready to join our quest for better?" that's fluff, can be omitted? It's not substantive. We can keep maybe but it's just a tagline. Probably safe to omit as it's not specific detail. The instructions: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Tagline is not substantive but could be considered fluff. Safer to omit. We also omitted the sentence about "This is a Part Time position at 20 hours per week located at Lake Forest Hospital for the Neurology clinic." we placed in Schedule. We omitted the line about "The Nurse Clinician reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards." That's substantive; we should include it maybe in About the role or Responsibilities. It describes expectations. We can add a paragraph in About the role after intro. Let's incorporate: After intro paragraph, add a paragraph: "The Nurse Clinician reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards." We'll add to About the role. Also we missed the line: "The Nurse Clinician will work in a multidisciplinary environment which will require exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, clinical and administrative units." That's also substantive; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll add to About the role. Also: "This position will utilize nursing skills to perform patient assessments via phone or in person and implement nursing interventions; as such the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity is required when resolving patient care issues." Also substantive. Also: "The Nurse Clinician is also responsible for initiating & organizing patient education for the population this unit serves." Already covered in responsibilities but we can keep. We should incorporate these into About the role or Responsibilities. Since they are more about role description, we can add to About the role. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) covering: - At Northwestern Medicine... (intro) - The Nurse Clinician reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. - The Nurse Clinician will work in a multidisciplinary environment which will require exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, clinical and administrative units. - This position will utilize nursing skills to perform patient assessments via phone or in person and implement nursing interventions; as such the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity is required when resolving patient care issues. - The Nurse Clinician is also responsible for initiating & organizing patient education for the population this unit serves. - We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees. We can combine benefits sentence maybe but we already have Benefits section; but we can keep it in About the role as part of description; but to avoid duplication, we could keep benefits only in Benefits section and not repeat. However the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; not duplicate? It didn't forbid duplication but better to avoid redundancy. We'll keep benefits only in Benefits section and not repeat in About the role. So we remove benefits sentence from About the role. Thus About the role includes the mission etc. Now ensure we didn't lose any responsibilities details: we have them. Check we didn't miss any responsibility bullet: "Maintain a safe and clean work environment: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Report deficiencies to supervisor immediately.
