Clinical Nurse II - Med Surg Tele Part Time Float Days SRO

About the role

BayCare Health Systems is seeking experienced Med Surg/tele Nurses to join their outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team. They offer a variety of assignment options including region core float pool-part time positions with 2x12 hour shifts per week, including every 3rd Saturday/Sunday and 2 Fridays in a 6-week period. The position requires a holiday commitment including summer and winter holidays, and hard-to-fill staffing days. Assignments may require floating to different hospital regions based on census needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting
• Participate in region core float pool assignments
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Floating to various BayCare hospitals across multiple regions
• Pass tele test during orientation

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Associate's degree in nursing
• 2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR
• Independent transportation for assignments/shifts
• Ability to pass tele test during orientation

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a tele test during orientation.
