Clinical Nurse II - Med Surg Tele Float Full Time Days SRO

About the role

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced Med Surg/Tele nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate Staffing Resource Office Team. Our Staffing Resource Office offers a variety of assignment options including Region Core Float Pool - Part-time.

Schedule

• 2x12 hour shifts per week
• Every 3rd Saturday/Sunday
• 2 Fridays in a 6-week period
• Holiday commitment includes summer and winter holiday, and hard to fill staffing day
• Shift hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm
• Weekend Work: Every 3rd weekend
• On Call: No
• Status: Part Time, Exempt: No

Float pool regions

• Region 1: St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay Hospitals
• Region 2: St Joseph's, St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South and BayCare Wesley Chapel Hospitals
• Region 3: Bartow Regional, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven Hospitals

Required to float to a region of hospitals based on census needs. All regions are available. Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Associate's degree in nursing
• 2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation
