Clinical Nurse II - PCU Full Time Float Days SRO
About the Role
The RN will independently care for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards, delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team, demonstrate professional accountability and development, and perform the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications
Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- Nursing Specialty Certification is preferred
Education:
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience:
- 2 years of PCU RN experience in acute care

Schedule
- Status: Full Time, Exempt: No (3x12 hour shifts per week)
- Shift Hours: 6:45AM – 7:15PM
- On Call: No
- Weekend Work: Every 3rd weekend to include 2 Sunday shifts in 6-week schedule
- Remote Work: Never
Facility: BayCare Health System, Staffing Resource Office
Location: Float between a region of hospitals. Region 1 includes St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay. Region 2 includes BayCare Wesley Chapel, St Joseph's, St Joseph's North and St Joseph's South. Region 3 includes Bartow Regional Medical Center, South Florida Baptist, Winter Haven Hospitals.
