Clinical Nurse - General Medical, Part Time

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, ensuring effective communication of care plans across teams. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Maintains alertness and safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two years of experience.
• Skills: Critical assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy.

Schedule

Part-time role with night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
