Position Summary

The Clinical Shift Lead assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient's plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

• Nursing Degree
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
• Charge Nurse Experience (preferred)
