Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) at TriCities Hospital delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. They partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver care. They assist with admission and discharge processes, support improved outcomes and service, provide coaching, feedback, and training, and assist with staff scheduling.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Current RN Virginia license or has a multistate compact license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
