Clinical Manager-Renalis Kidney Services

At FutureCare, our Clinical Manager for Renalis Kidney Services oversees the overall operations for nursing services and patient care of hemodialysis facilities. This role ensures the safe, therapeutic nursing management of End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients and reports to the Regional Clinical Manager or Director of Dialysis Services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient and staff scheduling, assigning duties, handling paperwork, and maintaining patient medical records.
• Manage all financial responsibilities, quality assurance, patient care, safety, risk management, teammate satisfaction, and general operations/facility maintenance.
• Maintain physician, nurse practitioner, and staff records.
• Ensure dialysis centers maintain productivity and remain within the fiscal budget.
• Ensure patients receive quality care with respect and dignity.
• Participate in core team meetings, clinic CQI/GB programs, and risk management.
• Maintain open communication with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
• Create, implement, and administer policies, procedures, and resources to ensure safe and appropriate patient treatment.
• Stay current with CMS, CDC, ESRD Network guidelines, and corporate policies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain the clinic in a survey-ready status.
• Develop strong rapport with patients or hospital partners and manage patient concerns appropriately.
• Encourage and model open communication between physicians, patients, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in dialysis preferred.
• Ability to learn systems applicable to clinical operations.
• Strong decision-making and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to instruct others and solve complex problems.
• Social perceptiveness: aware of others' reactions and understanding of those reactions.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills.
• Good coordination skills and the ability to adjust actions in relation to others.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, and use of full range of body motions.

Pay

Salary Range: $64,000–$72,800 annually. The salary reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers consider factors such as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.
