Clinical Manager
Overview
Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG) is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead their Brooklyn, MD clinical team. This role offers competitive pay up to $90,000/year, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.
Responsibilities
Lead the clinical team in delivering life-changing care
Partner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
Conduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions to inspire growth and accountability
Build a supportive, high-performing culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to their purpose
Own clinical KPIs such as patient retention, program completion, outcomes, and length of stay
Ensure staff KPIs like direct care hours are consistently met
Partner with the compliance team to maintain CARF and state regulatory readiness
Resolve patient concerns quickly and thoughtfully to maintain high satisfaction
Provide direct clinical coverage and hands-on crisis support when needed, modeling best-in-class care
Lead organization-wide clinical trainings to elevate team skillsets
Build community partnerships that strengthen referral networks and visibility
Requirements
Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related)
5+ years of experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders
3+ years of supervisory or management experience in human services or behavioral health
Board-approved supervisor status in Maryland (required)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with board approval to supervise licensed counselors/social workers (strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements
Skilled in group and individual counseling, with strong documentation and EMR experience
A confident, accountability-driven leadership style and solid understanding of addiction treatment and community drug trends
