- Resident Admission and Management of Profiles in EMAR
- Medication Management and Incident Reporting
Requirements
- Alignment with Arbor standards for Programming, Dining, and the Environment
- Strong Communication Skills with Ability to Provide Training and Coaching on Latest Approaches in Care
- An Unwaving Focus on Customer Service and Resident and Family Relations
Qualifications
- Seasoned Clinical Professional with Experience and Passion for Caring for Residents with Dementia
- Experience in a Memory Care Setting
- Experience Caring for Residents with Dementia, 1 Year Minimum
- Management Experience Preferred but Not Required
