Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state
- Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
- Minimum one year’s supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Committed to helping meet patient goals
- Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
- Able to meet Background Screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and disciplining clinical staff
- Cooking referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers and representatives, referral sources, physicians, clinicians, and internal agency staff
- Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs
- Performing care as needed, but mainly making sure we have the staff to provide that care
- Education and monitoring care provided
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services
