About the Role
As a Clinical Manager for AirLife, you will work across multiple departments to support the successful use of AirLife products. Responsibilities include clinician product training, product evaluations and implementation, training for AirLife personnel, interaction with clinicians for product feedback, answering product questions for end-users, research, interpretation of studies, medical writing, and other duties as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
- Participate in the creation of AirLife’s evidence plan, including contracting, budgeting, and execution of trials, white papers, posters, and advertorials.
- Produce competitive analysis materials comparing products with key competitors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Provide technical expertise and training to other departments.
- Ensure customer requirements are met, including deployment of user trials or pilot sales programs.
- Conduct research on product requirements and identify enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Conduct customer and AirLife product training on-site and at trade shows.
- Keep detailed logs and notes of customer training sessions and conversations.
- Focus on achieving the company mission with accuracy and thoroughness.

Requirements
- Understanding of respiratory disease states and clinical application of AirLife products.
- Familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments.
- Solid understanding of the field of Respiratory Care and application of therapies.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (10 years preferred). Critical Care experience required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, or Anesthesia Technician.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills; prior training experience a plus.
- Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Travel: >70%.
