Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)

About the role

We've spent the last 20 years building one of Berkshire's most established and trusted home care businesses. Now we're taking the next step – launching a nurse‑led clinical care service and looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to help shape what that becomes. This is about creating a service from the ground up, building relationships with hospitals, commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals, leading the clinical side of the service and ensuring exceptional outcomes for the people we support. You'll have the freedom to influence how the service develops and the opportunity to see your ideas become reality.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and grow a nurse‑led clinical service that makes a real difference to people with complex care needs.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners to develop a sustainable pipeline of new care opportunities.
• Assess customers, develop care plans and provide clinical leadership to ensure safe, effective and person‑centred care.
• Help recruit, develop and support our growing clinical team.
• Create the systems, processes and governance needed to support a high‑quality clinical service, including supporting our registration for TDDI with CQC.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with experience in complex care, community nursing, case management or a similar clinical setting.
• Confident building professional relationships.
• Comfortable working autonomously.

Pay

£55,000 per annum + Bonus + Mileage (salary details also noted as €55,000 – €55,000 per annum).
