Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

Role Overview: Provides administrative and leadership support to ensure exceptional, population-appropriate patient care in a hospital setting. Leadership & Mentorship: Coaches and develops staff through active education and performance feedback, fostering a supportive environment.Patient Advocacy: Resolves patient concerns efficiently, advocates for patient needs, and maintains a high-satisfaction care experience.Team Collaboration: Contributes to talent acquisition, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled, motivated team. Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; cardiac or telemetry experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Support patient care delivery, mentor staff, address patient concerns, and contribute to team growth and efficiency.
